1. Sale and Purchase of Goods
Adam Mazur ("Seller") hereby agrees to sell, and You ("Buyer") hereby agree to purchase, goods of the description and quantity described on the checkout window ("Checkout") and incorporated herein by this reference ("Goods") on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

The original artworks; the reproduction prints; and any merchandise featuring images, in part or whole, of the original artworks ("Images") is copyright of Adam Mazur and may not be reproduced for commercial use by anyone else other than the Seller; unless agreed to in writing. The Goods and the Images may be photographed and shared by the public for personal use only.
2. Purchase Price
Buyer agrees to pay the Purchase Price of the Goods as posted on this website attached hereto, including estimated shipping and taxes adjusted in accordance with the State and city sales tax laws from the location of the Buyer.
3. Payment Terms
The total amount of the Purchase Price shall be payable in full by the Buyer according to the payment due date stated at Checkout. All transactions are final. The Seller does not accept returns or exchanges. If the Goods were damaged in transit, please contact the Seller immediately.
4. Delivery
Delivery shall be made in accordance with Seller's shipping policy in effect on the date of shipment. Delivery dates provided by Seller are estimates only. Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates; however, Seller will not be liable for failure to deliver as estimated. Goods shall be packaged according to Seller's standards and practices.
A standard shipping price of $10 is added at Checkout for all Buyers who reside within the United States. For international shipping, no automatic shipping price will be added; rather, please email [email protected] with name and address to receive a custom FedEx quote for international shipping.
5. Customer Privacy
Information the Buyer provides through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with the order’s progress and for contact if there are any issues.
The Seller does not and will not share the Buyer's information to a third party.
